Limited Warranty Policy

What Is Covered:


  • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts:


  • This warranty runs for one (1) year on this Grins Family and LED Grow Lights, from the date of original purchase, for the original purchaser/user.

How Do I Activate My Warranty:

  • If you have purchased directly from us on this website, your one (1) year warranty is activated automatically from the date of original purchase.

  • If you have purchased from one of our authorized dealers and distributors or publicly such as retail store, trade shows, workshops or seminars, you are required to register for your e-Warranty HERE (url to “e-Warranty Registration Form” page) within 15 calendar days from the date of your purchase.

What is Not Covered:

  • The warranty shall not apply to problems arising from: normal wear and tear or corrosion, fungus, rust or stains; failure to adhere to enclosed installation and operating instructions; serial numbered products if the serial number has been removed or defaced; products subject to negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance or storage; products damaged by circumstances beyond Commerce Lodestar Pte Ltd’s control; loss or damage to removable parts; or products modified (including, but not limited to, modifications through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments) or repaired by anyone other than Commerce Lodestar Pte Ltd, or its designee.

  • This warranty excludes consumable items and accessories such as cables or cord assembly, remote control unit, net cups, water tubing and connectors, water pumps, power adaptors, external parts and extruded parts such as wheels, plugs, socket, control knobs and buttons, perishable products such as seeds, growing substrate and medium, nutrient solutions.

  • This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages.

  • This warranty excludes purchases from unauthorized dealers and distributors.

Damage Reporting:

  • To report an issue with, or damage to, your Grins Family, please contact us our Grins Excellence team with your order or official receipt number, a description of how the damage occurred and at least two, clear and well-lit photos of the affected area.

  • If your situation is not covered under our limited warranty policy, we have replacement parts for our Grins Family listed on our website, HERE (url direct to "Replacement Part" page).

What We Will Do:

  • Commerce Lodestar Pte Ltd, at its option, will repair any defects in materials or workmanship or will replace these products with ones of similar features and price.

  • Commerce Lodestar Pte Ltd’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair or replacement.

Please note transport and labour charges are payable if you require Commerce Lodestar Pte Ltd to perform any servicing or repairs on site for Grins Family Products/Equipment.
