Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, based on in-stock availability. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped which will contain your order’s delivery tracking number.

All orders placed through this Website are subject to Green Grins’ acceptance. Green Grins may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled by us, Green Grins shall issue you a full refund.

Shipping Information Change

We are unable to change your shipping information i.e. destination address after you have placed your order. Thus, we strongly encourage you to verify your order information carefully prior to submitting it to us. In the case of the order still hasn’t ship out and you would like to amend your shipping information, we will need you to cancel your order so you can repeat your order with the new shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All lost or damaged packages must be reported to our Grins Excellence team within 3 calendar days of delivery receipt. Please do not discard any products or shipping materials until the issue has been fully resolved. When informing us of the damage, please include the following in your message: your order id number, clear and well-lit photo/video showing the damage, description of the damage,, and any other valuable information. We will assess the information provided by you and advise you appropriately.

Missing Packages or Wrong Item Shipped

If your parcel has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, here are some friendly steps to follow if your package went missing:

  • Check with your neighbours and other family members. Sometimes, friendly neighbours or your family member will accept your package when the delivery shows up while you are away.

  • Check your riser, letterbox or cabinets at your front door: Some delivery personnel might complete a delivery task by placing your purchase in a "secured" or “out-of-sight” area at your front door.

  • Get in touch directly with the courier company responsible for your order’s delivery: If you do not know how to contact them directly, please reach out to our Grins Excellence team with your order number for further assistance. We will do our best to try locating your package.

  • If the package is completely lost after all the possible searching, we certainly will arrange a re-delivery for you. No worries!

For wrong items received, please reach out to our Grins Excellence team with the following information for further assistance:

  • A photo of the item you received

  • Any serial numbers on the received items

  • Your order number

If the wrong items are shipped due to an error in our warehouse, the correct items will be delivered to you at no additional charge. However, if the items delivered match with the items in the order confirmation, a re-shipment cannot be arranged free of charge.

Singapore Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for Grin Family: SGD30.00
For all other items: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer only shipping to West Malaysia. Shipping charges for your item will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Similar to Singapore domestic orders, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your delivery tracking number when your order has been shipped out. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to make available.
